Case Description

A 66-year-old male presented with debilitating low back and leg pain after several lumbar spine surgeries, significantly limiting his mobility without experiencing severe discomfort.

Surgical Goals

  • Achieve complete resolution of back and leg pain.

Surgical Intervention

The patient underwent a multilevel laminectomy, L4 pedicle subtraction osteotomy, T10 to sacrum fusion with iliac fixation

Outcome

Excellent recovery. Complete resolution of pain. Return to daily activities without pain.
